Leadership Lebanon/Marion County is an incredible experience, teaching future leaders about Lebanon/Marion County, its residents, businesses and rich history. The program begins in September with a meet & greet, followed by an overnight retreat where participants get to know each other, as well as a little something about themselves and their surroundings.
The following months involve once a month trips around Lebanon/Marion County, learning about tourism, small businesses, industry, agriculture and other aspects of the area. The program culminates with a group project in the spring and graduation ceremony. It's a once in a lifetime adventure that all future leaders of Marion County should undertake!
